Assured profitability
There are few other ways that you can get such an assured boost to the profitability of a matter.
When you outsource work to me:
With me having 15 PQE/PAE, firms often chose to bill my work out to clients at the rate of a Special Counsel (or equivalent), which is between double and four times what I charge the firm.
Your firm will have no ongoing commitments towards me. If work stops being required, or if your department's circumstances change, you can simply tell me to put pens down and you will incur no further cost.
When you outsource work to me:
- You choose the rate at which you bill your client for my time.
- I charge your firm at the hourly rate of a competitively priced Australian sole practitioner (see below).
- Your firm only ever pays me for client-billable work actually performed.

Easy administrative arrangements
Outsourcing work to me involves very little administrative effort. Simply send me your instructions and documents and I will perform the work for you.
I practice under an incorporated legal practice, meaning I can provide my services to your firm on the same administrative arrangements that your firm uses for any other supplier of goods or services.

Rate
My hourly rate for outsourced work for FY24/25 is the following (plus any applicable VAT / GST):
- GBP 200
- AED 950
- USD 260
- QAR 950
